A big sculptural dish created by mixing the lampwork technique and kiln fusing.
The base is created by first cutting and then assemblig all the “bricks” in a first 7 hours round inside a kiln. The spider is created at the torch and the applied on the dish by kiln fusing for a second round of 5 hours into the kiln to allow the spider to melt to the base and the base to be formed as a dish.
The dish measures 28.5 cm x 28.5 cm
